Welcome to Speak up, stand out. By booking a place on Speak up, stand out ["the Workshop"], you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Workshop
Speak up, stand out is a one-off live workshop run by Loudmouth Content for small business owners. It's designed to give you practical marketing and content skills you can put straight into action. This is a group training session. It doesn't include 1:1 support, ongoing mentoring or done-for-you services.
2. What's Included
Your booking includes:
- A place on the live workshop on 8 October 2026 at 12-2pm UK time]
- Access to the workshop replay for 6 months from the date of the session
- Any slides, templates or resources shared during the workshop
3. Platform & Access
The workshop will be delivered live via Zoom + Kajabi. Your joining link and access details will be emailed to you before the session. If you haven't received them 24 hours before the workshop, please check your spam folder, then email char@loudmouthcontent.com.
The workshop will be recorded. If you'd rather not appear on the replay, keep your camera off and use the chat to ask questions.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Please note there are no refunds, including if you can't make it on the day. If you can't attend live, you'll still get the replay and all resources, so you won't miss out.

6. Workshop Guidelines
We expect everyone attending to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Avoid spammy or salesy behaviour in the chat
- Keep anything other attendees share about their businesses confidential
If behaviour is deemed disrespectful, disruptive or harmful to others, we reserve the right to remove you from the session with no refund.
7. Use of Materials
All materials shared in the workshop - including the recording, slides, templates and resources - are for your personal use only. They must not be copied, shared with anyone who hasn't booked, or repurposed for commercial use.
8. Legal Bits
We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but occasionally a workshop may need to be postponed. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and give you a new date. If you can't make the new date, you'll still get the replay and resources. If we have to cancel the workshop altogether, you'll get a full refund. By booking, you acknowledge that results will vary depending on your own effort and implementation, and we don't promise overnight results. You agree not to share your joining link or replay access with anyone else. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
